The organization was founded by Jerry and Sarah Healy in April of 1974, with the opening of McDonald's of Winchester. During Mr. Healy's 34 years with McDonald's, the organization grew to 14 restaurants in 10 communities.

Today, the organization is owned and operated by Kelly Healy and Randy Mason. Their dreams then and now are to offer the best tasting good, in a clean and friendly environment, as quick as possible and at a good value. In essence: "To Exceed the Customers Expectations."

We pride ourselves on strict guidelines, hopefully insuring the best customer service possible. The organization currently employs almost 1000 Kentuckians, where every individual is ultimately responsible for 100% customer satisfaction. By focusing on customer satisfaction, McDonald's and the Healy Organization, has become the worldwide leader in the quick service industry.
